To identify, evaluate and present to our clients the most qualified candidates, we normally go through
the following steps:

Organizational Briefing
We make sure we have an in-depth understanding of the organization and the specific requirements
for the position.
Searching
We use our firm¡¯s search methodology and comprehensive network, screen through our active
database and direct contact with potential candidates of targeted organizations, to identify suitable
candidates.
Interviewing
After we identify suitable candidates, we conduct interviews with them (if required both in English
and Mandarin) and evaluate their qualifications and attitude by using professional interviewers.
Reporting
For each candidate, we consider if he or she is worth, as in use of client¡¯s consideration. We provide
client a personal report with our assessment of their suitability for the opening position.
We also provide client with the candidates¡¯ own resume.
Reference checking.
Per client¡¯s request, we conduct reference checks for the candidate who client considers for a job offer.
Negotiating and closing
We assist clients on final negotiating with the candidate to all aspects of the compensation and
benefit package. Once the successful candidate is hired, we follow-up with both the candidate
and client periodically to ensure the candidate¡¯s successful integration into the client¡¯s organization.
